Property Leasing

  • Comprehensive tenant and pet screening through reputable sources
  • Rental application required by all adults over -ballbet体育8
  • Screen tenants for verified income, fico score, rental history, and background
  • Prepare lease agreement & required property disclosures once qualified
  • All forms used maintain full legal compliance city, county, and state laws
  • All renters are required to maintain renter’s insurance as part of leasing
  • Collect security deposit after leasing property and instruct rent payment to owner.
  • Extensive photos of property condition taken prior to tenant move-in
  • Coordinate utility transfer with tenants
  • Coordinate move-in and complete walk through with tenants
  • Provide owner with lease, photos, tenant contact, and any invoices at closing of account
  • Tenant placement fee to Best Property is taken from tenant security deposit and owner is given the balance.

After the tenant’s move into the property, Best Property Management and its agents will not be involved in managing the property in any way.

We do offer a service to renew lease paperwork once your initial lease expires after one year. We charge a fee of $250 to prepare a new lease and initiate the signing the renewal lease with the tenants.
